Google will implement new transparency regulations concerning US election commercials this week. In a weblog publish, Google Senior Vp Kent Walker says that anybody who wants to acquire election ads within the US will now be required to turn out that they ’re a US citizen or resident by providing a “a government-issued IDENTIFICATION and other key data.”
