Twitter Is Having Emoji Compatibility Problems With New Version of iOS 11!

Apple introduced new emoji’s yerterday. But social media giant Twitter, though an update pack was released, still can not show emoji’s.

In the mobile world, minor changes to the transmission systems are adapted by application developers. Twitter is one of the most popular social media applications, but sometimes it causes various problems when working on iOS.

The reason why the new emojis published by Apple can not be viewed on Twitter is that the latest iOS is not officially distributed to all users. However, you can see the emojis when you log in to Twitter from your mobile or computer browser. So if iOS you use is old, you will see some emojis as below, until you get the update.

So we have to ignore this meaningless boxes and shapes in the tweets until we install the update. In addition, similar compatibility issues is being solved by other manufacturers.

Twitter has announced in last March that it will adopt Emoji 5.0. Google also has confirmed that the new emoji standard will be supported in the Android Oreo.
